Hi Guys, I'm a career analytics professional. Just moved to London from the SF Bay. I moved here and noticed that there is a lot of lack of clarity in the rental housing market. As a renter I had no idea what a good budget for an apartment was. The market here is run by agents to whom you must make an offer for the rental property. Which they then present to the landlord. This creates an additional layer of ambiguity pushing renters to offer higher values for places they like. I built rentwatch to help renters like me figure out if the price is right!
