Affiliate Programs: How Do You Find Active Partners?

4
•
Hey PH community 👏 We’re growing our affiliate program and looking to connect with partners who genuinely engage and drive conversions for our community platform. While we’ve had dozens of sign-ups and a few active promoters, turning more of them into consistent advocates is the real challenge. For those of you who’ve built successful affiliate programs—what’s worked best? How do you find and nurture partners who stay invested rather than just signing up and disappearing? Would love to hear your insights! 👏

yea personalized output with a workable product for your target market - Curious what you're using for your affiliate stack / payouts ie? First promoter and simply paying out with Paypal. Something to think about - only paying out affiliates AFTER users/customers are past their refund policy window. Have seen some odd stuff in the space before so just keep that top of mind. Also in your terms try to include a minimum payout so you're not getting dinged every 10$ bucks (I'd suggest min payouts of 50$)

but yea - I would build a big doc and try to connect with folks in the niche on youtube (some have their emails or other info on there) - Youtube has an annoying email scraping daily limit so I'd run a few different emails logged in on different browsers to maximize that email collection!

What are you building? @partnerstack is very good at an index for finding partnerships. Seems like the main one at the moment.
