Extroverted but definitely with introverted tendencies! The extroverted side of me bounces of people, gains energy from others, and likes to meet people. Useful when doing webinars, community building, and dealing with influencers/agencies. The introverted side of me loves to shut away and not talk to anyone or do anything for literally an entire weekend lol. Sometimes I just like the quiet and silence but not because of dealing with people usually just because I’m tired from running around and just need to be still haha
@carolmoh first extrovert within 50 replies. Maybe it’s just more popular to say I‘m introvert?

I'm an introvert with great communication skills. It's awesome! From the other side of the screen one can never tell!

I'm definitely more of an introvert. And it's like having my own little superpower for getting stuff done! Because it gives me time to focus on my work without too much distraction to dive deep into tasks and come up with great solutions.

I am an introvert but it helps to knowing so. It helps in telling myself to go beyond my walls and break free from limiting believes!

Extrovert and as a CEO is a great quality, but usually we have trouble with setting boundaries and are always in calls and conversations.

I’m an introvert, but sometimes acting like extrovert 🤝🏼 when I have a lot of energy and excitement about something I love — like team brainstorming sessions, talking to people (sometimes) etc

Depending on my mood and the people around me. I think it will never help me during work, but I'm trying to not take seriously relationships during the work.

I’m an introvert. It’s helpful to get work done, but not helpful when it comes to communicating what I’m doing

Introvert 100% and it’s great. Introverts have great focus, productivity, research skills and we simply get things done. It’s always good to balance with other extroverts on your team and divide the responsibilities based on your strengths.
In my childhood I was always an introvert. Then I moved into leadership roles and got more extroverted. Now I think I can switch quite easily - depending on the task. But beware: when I'm in deep introvert work if you disturb me, then I'll get angry 😄

Introvert here, but being a marketeer need to talk everyday + need to talk to the clients. After my working hours i try to have less human interaction :)

I thought I was a introvert I guess I'm starting change now due to all this sudden exposure and interactions that I need to have with people, It's a good change definitely but feels a bit out place sometimes. Being an extrovert sure does helps in my work!!

I am neither extremely extroverted nor particularly introverted. I always seek opportunities to express myself when I feel things are perfect from my perspective and appropriate to the situation
Rick Fan
Sometimes introverted, sometimes extroverted, sometimes inexplicably don't want to talk, and sometimes really want to express myself.

It's good to have such a "golden mean". On my own, I try to combine everything to make it comfortable to work.

I'm an introvert. Yeah, it helps in the work. After all, I'm an editor) I write in silence. But I will definitely be in touch if I need clarification or if it's an interview

Introvert, which is challenging at times, but I'm ok with it :)
@sviridov whats the challenge?

@philkellr For example: 1. Too much energy is spent when you're surrounded by people. 2. Way more difficult to speak publicly (and no, that's not shyness :D). 3. You need much more alone time just to recharge your mental batteries. 4. Not easy to make new acquaintances, and takes more time to adapt in a new team (for example, if you change jobs).

I'm an introvert. I like to find my own small space in the crowd so that I can work without any social interactions. I just need more "me" time.
Aris Nakos
Extroverted introvert. As an indie maker, I have found a mix of "social" activities that suit me, such as these forums. However, I also enjoy listening to role models or reading about their work. Feels akin to having a meeting, but one with a purpose of educating myself and realizing my business goals.
