Ask for feedback vs. Write the first comment

I am preparing to launch a product and read the guides about it. However, there's a section called "Ask for feedback", I'm not sure I understand where that goes when a product is launched. And it feels it's overlapping with the first comment. I searched the guides, haven't found anything about it. Any ideas?
