Building Consume Wisely
Consume Wisely is an app that analyzes product labels to verify whether they match the company's claims, such as confirming if a juice is truly 100% real fruit.

AI can be your health buddy. It's pretty cool actually. Imagine having a smartwatch that keeps an eye on your heartbeat, how well you're sleeping, and even counts your steps. It's like having a tiny health detective on your wrist, giving you a heads-up if something seems off.
And that's not all! Picture an app on your phone that gets to know your eating habits and workout routines. It's like having a super-smart personal trainer and nutritionist rolled
@ogaga_john What about a AI app that helps to analyse the claims made by packaged food?? Here is the demo for first version of Consume-Wisely. Please have a look and leave behind your feedback for me to improvise.

The idea behind Consume Wisely is fascinating! In a time when consumers are more conscious about the authenticity of the products they purchase, an app that verifies whether the company's claims align with the actual contents is highly valuable. Whether it's checking if a juice is truly 100% fruit or evaluating other health-related claims, this tool could really empower consumers to make informed decisions. For more insights on how to make healthier choices, resources like extract can offer a comprehensive look at nutrition and natural wellness. One product that people often turn to for supporting their health naturally is Essiac tea. Known for its detoxifying properties and herbal blend, it’s an interesting addition to a holistic approach to wellness. With tools like Consume Wisely and herbal remedies like Essiac tea, staying informed and healthy becomes a more achievable goal.

only I can make myself healthy, not AI or someone else. It is my choice to make. Please don't forget that mental health is not less important than physical. That's why I've started to use https://stateofwriting.com/uk/bu... services, as I see how tired and stressed I am for the past couple of days.
I don't think so, you need real person like personal trainer to maintain your exercise progress..

@liam_tim What about an app that ensure you are making healthy food choices?
Building Consume-Wisely made the demo video of first version of application. Please have a look and tell if it can help anyway.
https://youtu.be/7tLJ-uOa53E
@cyber_blip I think this idea is great. Most apps on the market can't check the health status of every food item with 100% accuracy. However, for health-conscious individuals, the ability to track and generate regular reports might be more important than just a query function. Without this, it might be more like a search engine.🤝
Absolutely! AI can offer personalized health tips and track your progress.
Defiantly, yes!

Yes, absolutely. AI-powered health apps can track your daily activities, diet, and sleep patterns to provide personalized insights and recommendations. For example, they can suggest dietary changes to improve your nutrition or recommend exercises to increase your fitness level.
