For me, it's like managing the demands of both professional and personal life in a way that promotes well-being and satisfaction in both areas.

Balance and proper allocation of time for yourself (sleep, sports, hobbies), family (together and individually), work and household chores.
I'll be honest - I don't always manage to achieve balance, but I still try.
Occasionally having 6 hours of sleep, and two 15-minute meals during a day

For me setting boundaries to prevent burnout.
For me, work-life balance is about setting boundaries and prioritizing what matters most outside of work. That means dedicating quality time to my family, staying active with hobbies and exercise, and making sure to unplug and recharge on weekends. It's not always easy, but I find that consciously focusing on balance helps me stay energized and avoid burnout in the long run.
To me, work-life balance is about having time to pick up some fun, random stuff while still getting my important work done.
Work-life balance to me means having the freedom to manage my time in a way that lets me excel at work while still making space for personal moments that matter. It’s about setting boundaries, prioritizing self-care, and not feeling guilty for taking time to recharge.
For me, work-life balance is about setting clear boundaries between work and personal time. I make sure to unplug from work in the evenings and on weekends to focus on my family, hobbies, and self-care. Things like not checking work emails outside work hours, using my vacation days, and having a consistent end time to my work day. It's not always perfect, but being intentional about protecting my personal time has made a big difference in reducing stress and avoiding burnout. It takes discipline but it's so worth it for better overall quality of life.

For me, work-life balance is about setting boundaries and being fully present. When I'm working, I focus 100% on doing great work. But I also block off time every evening and weekend to unplug, spend quality time with my family, and pursue hobbies and interests outside of work. It's not always easy, but I find that balance helps me stay energized, creative and avoid burnout in the long run.
