Do you want to know the difference between CPU and GPU?

Yesterday a question popped into my mind after reading about the new Nvidia Digit supercomputer (which will retail at $3,000) and RTX 5090 GPU (which will cost $2,000), which was "Why do CPUs exist, if GPUs are so good?" or something like that.
For non-professionals this is an interesting question, who are using gaming laptops/PCs in their daily lives for content creation and such.

This really got me thinking, GPUs are super powerful, but CPUs seem like the glue holding everything together

CPUs are the brains of the computer, managing operations that GPUs can't handle on their own.
