I was a night owl forever and am now an early riser. It's the same thing when you stay productive. I found myself more productive by early morning than with late-night distractions.

It really depends! I usually try to hit the sack early and get up early as well, but sometimes my schedule gets too mixed up and I stay up reaaaaally late and get up late as well. I think it's mostly the question of your habits)
I would definitely categorise myself as a Night Owl. My energy levels and creativity seem to naturally peak in the later hours of the day. I find the quiet and solitude of the night to be incredibly conducive to focused work and deep thinking.

Always a night owl!π¦ Once I start working my whole day gets away from me so I don't have time for anything else and the whole day is wasted. But at night I can work for hours and hours without feeling like I've "wasted" the day
