Many customer service tool have intergrated AI chatbots. Has anyone used zendesk, intercom or zohodesk? how well do they work for you, and how much do they improved your service quality or efficiency?
I was looking at Chatbase (.co). They were good for what I need i.e a trained chatbot and fully customizable, no code solution. Ideal really.
Nothing to do with them but I was researching for a project. I will likely go with them
