[Help] What marketing communities do you actively engage with?

14

Hi everyone,

We’re looking for beta users for our AI video tool BrewVideo. As it's a tool build for creating product videos and explainers, our primary audience is marketers, especially product marketers at this stage. So I’m looking to connect with marketing communities where they go to share challenges, get help, or stay up to date with trends.

Personally, I rely a lot on podcasts (which don’t help in this case…), LinkedIn through my network, and some Reddit communities like r/growthhacking. But I’d love to expand our reach - what marketing communities do you follow or recommend?

Many thanks!

I engage in niche Discord servers where marketers discuss everything from SEO to paid ads.

I usually check Linkedln groups and follow marketing newsletters for updates, but when it comes to discussions

Have you thought about looking at influencers in the marketing space? I honestly just had to learn marketing myself and there's a lot of content marketing influencers with a lot following out there. I know it's not as efficient, but there's a lot of comments from people who are interested in marketing in their videos (TikTok, Youtube, Instagram, etc.). And in some way, if you get their attention enough, they might go to your profile

@psproductperson That's a very good shout! Leaving attention-grabbing comments can be effective indeed. Thank you!

The best thing and asset that you can have is to create your own community and make it bigger.

But Reddit seems to me quite okay for this, partially Twitter and PH.

@busmark_w_nika I'd love to build our own community! That's a very good practice for startups. Thank you!

Reddit's r/PRC and r/SEO are my favorite places to exchange strategies and learn from other marketers.

Product Marketing Insiders on LinkedIn has been useful for me. Are you focusing more on brand or conversions.

@m_hassan_sajjad Thank you! i don't seem to find Product Marketing Insiders on Linkedin. Do you have the exact link by any chance? More on conversions I'd say as we're looking for beta testers to collect real user feedback.
