Hi there, it might not work for managing current active subscriptions but it will definitely works for sharing current signed contracts. My team has been actively using https://sharedcontacts.com/ as the primary tool for this purpose. No matter where and when you make a contact update, it will only take minutes for Shared Contact Manager to sync it with your whole organization. The biggest benefit is that your contacts will stay in sync on all the devices you use, be it desktop, laptop, mobile or any other. This tool is a huge help!
