"what do you think would help you solve it"
"have your tried this? did it work?"
"have you tried other products/competitors? what was the result? what did you like or not like?"

I dive deep into customer feedback across various channels and look for patterns in their experiences to identify pain points. Then, I prioritize these issues based on their impact and frequency to ensure we address the most critical ones first.

You can possibly run an SMS survey as well, but there are a couple rules and regulations surrounding SMS that you need to be aware of. The more personalized the message & strength of relationship = higher chance of survey completion.
