One of the big problems for me when I get to work on multiple projects at the same time is that i get burned out. Would appreciate your advice on how you tackle it.
From personal experience, i create schedule by following time blocking strategy to be more productive as i am working on different projects (rather than multitasking) dedicate specific time blocks to individual projects, for example 2 hours on 1st project , first 10 min on CTA then briefing on next 10 min with the people to whom i gave responsibilities then rest min towards on latter project and last 10 min for resting time.
