I’ve noticed that workplace conversations can sometimes be challenging, especially when someone focuses solely on expressing their own thoughts and feelings without being a good listener. In such situations, it’s important to stay calm, clarify the key points and objectives of the discussion, and ensure mutual understanding. Also, building respect and trust during conversations is equally crucial for fostering effective communication.
Honestly, I just remind myself that the goals is not to win the conservation but to understand the other side.
