TBH I use CHATGPT first to research (no shame- it's so smart but we have to also fact check it). Then I'd discuss my ideas with my colleague. Most of the time, the same problem has been experienced by others in a similar industry. So research and collaboration is always key - at least for me.

@tina_sisman I love the idea of "knowing how to read your own emotional signals" - there is so much focus on reading others emotions - and not enough on understanding our own!
When faced with a tough problem I take a step back and approach it slowly breaking it down into smaller parts.
Collect a wide range of information related to the problem. This includes internal information, such as company rules and regulations, previous cases of handling similar problems, and the professional knowledge and experience of team members. At the same time, pay attention to external information, such as industry trends, competitor practices, and the latest technical research results.
