We use Slack, Google Meet and also our Coffee-Breaks to stay in touch with our colleagues. On top we meet in person once in a while.

We are Dental Service provider AzDental Club and we have many remote workers who look after our online presence. It's very crucial to stay connected with your employees, especially when they are remote workers. We use Slack, Google Meet, and sometimes Zoom for effective communications.

At jetsoftpro.com, a software development service, we use various communication tools such as video conferencing, chats, and email to maintain regular contact with remote developers. Usually it's a Slack and Teams. This will help prevent misunderstandings and allow for timely responses to any questions or issues that arise.

@byalexai Slack and google meet are the best combination I think. Loom is good though for explaining something, only used it for customers until now, not between colleagues.

I'd use planes. Kidding, I use Discord instead of Google Meet, because the quality of the meeting is way higher.

The boodleAI team is 100% remote right now and aside from email I would say there are there tools we use for connectivity, Zoom, Slack and BoodleBox. They allow us to collaborate and continue to innovate.

To support remote workers effectively, a dentist could implement secure VPN access, utilize collaborative tools like Slack and Zoom, and establish clear communication protocols. This ensures seamless teamwork and efficient project management from diverse locations.

What is lacking for remote workers is social interaction & bonding. Since the pandemic, social channels in Slack have been booming for us. In other words, to connect remote workers we needed a virtual space where like-minded colleagues are paired based on their interests so it would create interest-based communities within the company. In fact, we are working on something along those lines here at Teamday, so thanks for the question Marvin
