I'm Noyan and I'm currently working on Decktopus AI, which generates fully designed decks with images, bullet points, forms, ability to audio narrate, and more based on your input! What do you mainly do for marketing for Decktopus?
Also, congrats on getting started early on the AI train! I see Decktopus was launched in 2020.

@richard_gao2 Hi Richard! Just to add : we use SoMe organic strategy (for now), being featured in the startup catalogs, newsletters and journalists writing about Future Of Work. We are launching on Feb 28 and after the launch are planning to hire more people in the Grow and Mktg department to reach the exponential growth.

How do you manage your work and focus on it, and how many hours do you work daily? Also, how do you balance work and holidays?

Is Decktopus mostly for sales / selling presentations, or it can also work for a more technical things, like presenting a feature idea to the tech team?
As a CEO do you only manage people or do you prefer to get your hands dirty and do some individual work as well such as design, marketing, engineering.
@noyanidin jumping in here, as a fellow CEO. I have to get my hands dirty due to the small size of our company.
When you have the luxury of a larger team to delegate, I think it is still nice for the CEO to hop in and get in there on the regular in order to better understand what the team is going through, how the processes are affecting them, and over all creating a better culture and company in the process.

@noyanidin for productivity tools, I would rather to pay once and for all like Notability. Since this software is solving single reptitive issue, I hope there is a once-and-for-all price.
@noyanidin congratulations first. for Productivity App, I think it is hard to convince me to pay for extra features, as core features should already been included in the product.
if any real changes happened, it is usually a new project instead of any upgrade from Google. ๐
