    Given the spikes in non-genuine activity around launches - would it make sense to make the following two changes to PH? 1) New users cannot vote more for the first two weeks? 2) Each user has only a set number of votes per day, so maybe 2 or 3 votes each day.

    I think it would be beneficial to implement a couple of changes to PH, given the recent spikes in non-genuine activity during launches: Restrict new users from voting for the first two weeks. Limit each user to a set number of votes per day, perhaps 2 or 3. Free cloud storage

    Restricting new users from voting for two weeks can reduce fake activity but might frustrate genuine newcomers. Baixai soft
