Is it true that relying too much on AI will make us stupid?
I often use AI for work that I don't understand, there is a lot of other information from the internet but they are somewhat unclear in their explanations, so I always ask for help from AI if the work is a bit difficult to understand, does using AI frequently decrease our critical thinking skills?

I don't think we can say AI will make us stupid, but excessive use of AI tools can decrease our productivity and thinking skills, as we often rely on AI for answers.

Over-relying on AI for tasks we don't fully grasp is like using autocorrect too much - it might spell trouble for our critical thinking skills in the long run!
It's a valid concern! Using AI frequently can sometimes make us rely less on our own problem-solving skills, but it doesn’t have to make us "stupid." The key is to use AI as a tool to enhance learning and understanding, rather than as a crutch.
