Hey, I have personally been struggling with multitasking for years. However, I have recently started focusing only on the most important tasks at the beginning of each day.

@ozgumusbusra This is one of my time saving hacks as well. I’ve built an Apple Shortcut that makes you pick the three most important tasks of the day. This is saved to your notes and reminders app. https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts...
Trickle
Turn off my notifications from mobiles during working time. I totally agree with this opinion and want to share with you: Notifications are massively disruptive. Every time you hear a mobile buzzing, a social media notification pops up, or you look between multiple screens, your brain is multitasking, which reduces your productivity by 40%. So, at best, you're only ever working at 60% capacity.
So try to mute your phone while working.

I write my personal tasks on my calendar. Sometimes it gets messy but then I never forget stuff that I need to do.
When I'm at work I always build a checklist with today's tasks before I start my work day.
Honestly, deleting Instagram. The number of times where I was stopping my work to scroll because of addiction was obscene. What about you @timesaverhacks ?
@devezehugo That’s a great one. I use the app one sec, which is linked to an apple shortcut automation. Every time I open Instagram this app shows a prompt first and reminds me to breath and give space before continuing on. A lot of times I just exit out of the app. I work with Paid Media and can’t delete the app.
I also like to plan and organize my workday. Try out this Apple shortcut of mine that asks for my top 3 work items to accomplish and saves them to apple notes and reminders. https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts...

Time blocking - On a day full of meetings and urgent things clogging your day, I block 2-3 PM every day to work on long-term projects. That helps me focus on high-leverage but non-urgent tasks.
@bhavana_manjusha That is fantastic! I’ve built a free Google Sheet Template to help structure tasks. Feel free to check it out - https://timesaverhacks.gumroad.c...

@bhavana_manjusha yes I do this too and can't recommend this enough. I have a blocker in my agenda every morning from 9 am - 10.30 am. I hate to start my day with meetings, because then I feel like I am running behind on things for the whole rest of the day. So having the first 90 mins of each day completely to myself and being able to go into full focus mode, already finish some smaller task for the day or finish tasks I couldn't finish the day before is saving me a lot of time later in the day.
