Sometimes it's hard to get to your 100% and get back to where you left after the weekend.

I find that starting my day, especially on a Monday, by reading a book is really helpful in keeping my focus on the things that matter throughout the day.

* Practice gratitude (like every morning)
* Review the objectives of the week which I prepared during the previous weekend
* work for a bit
* Go for a walk in the morning after the sun goes up (I wake up early)
Meditation & yoga
Coffee, coffee, coffee!! (Gilmore Girl reference if someones know what I'm talking about) 😂 Plus music! Plus to-do lists and I'm ready 💪
1st thing meditate or pilates to start the day focused, 2nd to do a summary of last weeks achievements, 3rd to do list for this week, 4th complete the KPIs, 5th team meeting to organize the week and that'd be it!
Coffee, maybe a light breakfast; read an article from the FT outside.
Scream into the sunrise, perform the blood ritual, circular breathe in my sauna until I pass out.
But really, just a cold shower.
Spend a few minute on bed to stretch & relax

Launching soon!
Cup of coffee, good breakfast and implementing Ivy Lee Method to stay on top of my tasks :)
For me, it's not easy to get up, but that's how every day starts. I've found that I am most productive if I get a good night's sleep the day before, this allows me to wake up earlier to get more done. In addition, I force myself to eat something, even if I'm not that hungry, this way I can go long periods of time doing productive activities without stopping the flow to eat. As a tip, I buy specific protein powder and other vitamins so that if I am not hungry or if I do not have the time to make a decent meal for myself, I can quickly make a shake and take some supplements to get the necessary nutrition that I need for the day ahead.
Ideally
- Out for a walk, even in winter
- Fresh orange juice
- Coffee
- Cool music for a warm start
- Nothing to rush about is things are well planned
My key to a focused Monday is to prepare everything on Sunday evening (mostly stuff that is not related to my work - wash dishes, prepare clothes I'm going to wear, go to bed on time, etc).
Having everything done I can start my Monday from scratch with no annoying distractors. Pilates + breakfast + coffee + week plan + sync meeting with the team. Sounds like a great ritual for me:)
To wake up with a motive and a to-do list for the following day. Deep breathing, yoga and meditation always helps.
Also, taking a short walk in nature and hearing the birds chirping calms my soul.
Later, having a strong cup of caffeine and a delicious breakfast uplifts my mood always making me feel energetic. Practising gratitude is the best way to keep someone focused and positive.
Wake up early, have a coffee, make a to-do list and start my day!
My favourite morning ritual is some quiet time with a cup of coffee, and let my mind wander for a while. Think through my priorities for the day and visualise what I want my day to look like.
Helps me start the day with a great sense of inner calm. :)
It's really hard to leave that weekend comfort and start the work but reminding ourself the end result of the hard work we are doing will keep us motivated.
FAM - Social Finance
I wake up at around 4:45 AM, and auto pilot my way through some espresso and a small amount of food. I have found that if I’m not done with my morning workout by 7 AM, the rest of the day won’t flow right. By the time I site down for my first Sync-up of the day (8am), I’m mentally completely fresh, because for the prior 3hrs I’ve been on autopilot.
The majority of my day is spent working as CEO of FAM - Social Finance, and simultaneously working as a new development real estate agent, so the day tends to get pretty volatile, but having a definite 4:45-8am routine helps to get the day off right! 😁
PS, I don’t always follow this rule, but try not to go on social media/check your email until you are done with your morning routine, otherwise it introduces a lot of thoughts that will break you from auto pilot
Monday mornings are my favourite - the start of a new week. Gym at 5am and then a walk with a coffee 🙌🏽
It can be super difficult to squeeze sometime on Monday, but I try to get around 30 mins of power yoga done. Post that, on my way to work, I listen to Brain.fm which keeps me in the "Flow" state.
