Ummmm, I would say there are couple times I wish PH have this feature when I am trying to communicate the product error and offering suggestions.

Probably more activity, but less focus on thoughtful responses. Typing out a response makes us think and use our words in different ways. Visuals can take that away.

1. I think this will attract more users, referring to users who only use the product rather than any maker. Because now people really like to obtain information through short videos. 2. Products that can clearly explain their advantages and values in a 15-second video will stand out.
