I aim to adopt the habit of meditating every day, as it is a great way to reduce stress, improve focus and clarity, and cultivate an overall sense of well-being. I also wish to abandon the habit of procrastination, as it can lead to unproductive days and wasted time. By setting realistic goals and timelines for myself, I can break this bad habit and make better use of my time.
I want to work on one big task a day, so I don't get distracted by concentrating on too many things at once.
A bad habit, I'm trying to abandon right now is that I say "yes" too much. I have to prioritize and if somebody asks me to help in something, sometimes I must say no.
A good habit to establish: More listening time on audible (~1 hour a day at least).
Bad habit to lose: breakfast in the morning - Intermittent fasting is a huge hack in the first half of the day! :)) So much energy and productivity
I'm happy to say that I have successfully abandoned my "passionate affection" for alcohol. :-)
Now, if I can only adopt the same mindset for all my other addictions. LOL. ;-)
I'm incredibly excited to start forming healthy habits this year! I have set my sights on developing a new morning routine that begins with meditation. This way, I'm sure to start off each day with a clear head and a peaceful outlook. In addition, I'm determined to build more meaningful relationships by reaching out to friends and family more often. On the other hand, I intend to give up staying up too late binge watching my favorite shows; getting enough sleep will help me stay energized for all of my goals!
Gym routine consistently, contemplation and composing/making content. I ought to quit falling asleep so late ahah: that is the very thing that I need to leave https://essentialsclothing.net/h...
