what’s something that could instantly make you say ‘this is a bad idea'?
hey ph crew 🙌🏻 I’m working on an idea that I think solves a specific pain point.
→ what’s one early red flag that told you your idea wasn’t solving the problem you thought it would?
→ any quick tests or methods you’ve used to validate a hypothesis before going all in?
appreciate any experiences or cautionary tales here. would love to avoid building something that only i want!

When even tho users sign up, they do not use the product. Than you just had good marketing but they do not use the product so they do not like it.

@wiktor_wysocki good point. what’s the best way to tackle that in the product for you?
@andrew_white_13 constantly looking at usage metrics. I know it can be easy for digital products, but it might be much harder for physical ones. Single usages of the product, consistency with which users use the product, how long is a single usage session etc.
