As I’m actively trying to grow on LinkedIn, one of the most underrated tools I use daily is Draftly. It’s been super helpful for keeping content fresh and consistent, especially when ideas start to run dry. The way it helps brainstorm posts and structure them has saved me so much time!
Beyond that, I also rely on tools like Notion to organize my thoughts and keep everything aligned. Sometimes, the simplest tools make a big difference in staying on top of everything.
I am using voice-typing apps on my iPhone to save time. Then I realized that I can also use speech-to-text software and voice-typing features on computers, so I don't have to type with my fingers. For example, when using Google Docs, you can click 'Tools' and then 'Voice typing' to type with your voice.
Additionally, I use productivity tools such as iBoysoft MagicMenu on my MacBook Pro to make tedious tasks easier. It helps me quickly create new files, transfer/move/copy documents, access files (pictures, software, URLs), copy file paths, find duplicate files, compress files, start screen recording/capture, and more—all with a single right-click.
