I won't sacrifice my values or integrity just to chase success. Staying true to my principles and doing things the right way is more important than any metric. At the same time, I want to build something I'm proud of that delivers real value. It's about finding that balance.

Unpaid internships. i would rather have an hour of less sleep than put people through that ordeal.
