My favorite productivity hack is to plan my week in advance and then break it down into daily to-do lists. I find that this helps me stay organized and focused, and it also gives me a sense of accomplishment as I check things off my list throughout the week.

I'm currently trying time boxing - blocking tasks into set time slots. Looks like it might become one of my favorites.
Energy-Based Task Sorting = i often categorize tasks by energy requirement and plan before initiate = 10-minute buffers between different types of tasks to allow your brain to properly transition, reducing mental fatigue.
Yes! Time blocking is a total game changer. I set aside focused work blocks on my calendar each day for deep work. Seeing them blocked off visually really helps me stay on track and knock out my most important tasks without getting distracted by meetings, emails, etc. Been way more productive since I started doing this consistently.
Daily journaling really helps me! I jot down priorities every morning.
Using the Pomodoro technique keeps me focused and prevents burnout.
I like breaking tasks into small steps and setting a deadline for each one. This will help me stay more focused while handling these tasks and avoid feeling overwhelmed.
For me, it's all about starting the day with the hardest task first.
One productivity hack I swear by is creating paper stickies every day, and they often fly around my head :)
(Yes, I know it’s a bit of paper waste!) I stick them on my computer screen and break down my tasks into smaller pieces, focusing on one at a time. It helps keep me organized and constantly reminds me of what I need to get done. It might seem simple, but it really works wonders for staying on track.
I swear by setting small achievable goals each day. Breaking things down makes even the biggest tasks feel a lot more manageable.
Time-blocking and prioritizing tasks with a to-do list help me stay focused and productive.
Time blocking is my go-to! I swear by planning my day in chunks.
I'm all about the Pomodoro technique! It’s just 25 minutes of focused work followed by a short break
