I have a little kid, so I work 4-5 hours a day. I've realized that I accomplish the same amount of work as I did in 6-7 hours because I know I won’t have more time, so I stay focused and avoid distractions.
I have a clear daily plan, prepare meals in advance, and work out at home to save time instead of going to the gym.
