@qudsia_ali Oh yeah. Google docs, spreadsheets are easily forgotten, but definitely tough to live without.
@sudheer_bandaru1 I usually use keep on my phone to write down the random ideas and thoughts, and then I take them to the notion.
Definitely Jira. Slack is obvious, and Hubspot is a huge help for me as well.

Stack Moxie - Free's up a lot of time from testing things i used to test manually
Gated - Free's up my inbox to free up my time
Dots.community - As a community builder/manager it free's up my time sourcing insights and content that helps keep the conversation going
@marketingops_pros Yep - tools like stack moxie and gated take something you should be doing, but do it with tech vs. forcing you to spend more of your own time (the antithesis of productivity right?)

An underrated one is your calendar app for simple time blocking and day planning.
Believe it or not - a stopwatch/timer. I have been recently trying out the Pomodoro technique and it's kinda proving to be effective.
@new_user_052c3a31dd181 I missed Rytr last year when it came out. It's an amazing tool, especially for anybody that's writing copy.

I'm biased, but my favorites are ways that make it easier to be more productive/focused *without* making me spend more time/effort/$. Like turning my notifications off, connecting slack/calendar so it sets my status to signal when I'm in meetings, notion (because it reduces duplication and creates SOT), and Gated (the noise-canceling headphones for email).
