Believe it or not - a stopwatch/timer. I have been recently trying out the Pomodoro technique and it's kinda proving to be effective.
Sandra Djajic
This is obviously biased, but Tira is a personal favorite ;). I also love Google docs and spreadsheets.
Daria
I would say that it is Asana You can read about tools for increasing productivity here - https://www.reskript.com/post/to...

My favorites areโšก: - Notion - Todoist - Forest - is excellent for cutting off distractions - Lead Delta - ultimate LinkedIn CRM
Andrew Glenn
@marina_djuric Love love LeadDelta! It was so cool the first time I loaded my contacts in it and could see everybody and when I talked to them last, etc.

AI-powered JD generator could help build JD for business roles in just seconds at zero cost. This is aimed to enhance the productivity of hiring and business managers so that they can get back to doing what they love to do.
Amartya Bhargava
@sudheer_bandaru1 Do try it out. It is aimed to help founders as well so that they can hire the best in the shortest time possible. Try it out for free and let me know your feedback.

We are building Mindmesh https://www.producthunt.com/prod... to connect all/most of this tools w/ your own Calendar, to dos and notes in a digital task where you clip stuff in. Personally I use it w/ Gmail, Drive, Notion & Slack.
Qudsia Ali
My favorite productivity tools are Google docs, spreadsheet, google meet, Notion, and Keep.
Andy Walraven
@qudsia_ali Oh yeah. Google docs, spreadsheets are easily forgotten, but definitely tough to live without.
Qudsia Ali
@sudheer_bandaru1 I usually use keep on my phone to write down the random ideas and thoughts, and then I take them to the notion.

I'm biased, but my favorites are ways that make it easier to be more productive/focused *without* making me spend more time/effort/$. Like turning my notifications off, connecting slack/calendar so it sets my status to signal when I'm in meetings, notion (because it reduces duplication and creates SOT), and Gated (the noise-canceling headphones for email).

- Miro for collaboration and co-working - One Transcriber (https://onetranscriber.com) for Meetings live captions/real-time transcriptions - MS OneDrive - Jira/Confluence for tasks and documentation management in large teams

@giuseppe_di_nuccio Hey Giuseppe! If you don't mind, could we have feedback on AnyGo, a tool we created to compare the cost of flying and driving to U.S. cities? The app can be found on our page. Thanks!
Mike Rizzo
Answering with a few: Stack Moxie - Free's up a lot of time from testing things i used to test manually Gated - Free's up my inbox to free up my time Dots.community - As a community builder/manager it free's up my time sourcing insights and content that helps keep the conversation going
Melissa Moody
@marketingops_pros Yep - tools like stack moxie and gated take something you should be doing, but do it with tech vs. forcing you to spend more of your own time (the antithesis of productivity right?)
Suvojit Manna
Notion and Habitica. What are your goals with Insightly.ai ?
Suvojit Manna
@sudheer_bandaru1 Sounds awesome Sudheeer ! Does it integrate into CI/CD pipelines ?
Raphael Salaja
An underrated one is your calendar app for simple time blocking and day planning.
Melissa Moody
@raf_underscore YES. Blocking focus time, to get into deep work.
Andy Walraven
Definitely Jira. Slack is obvious, and Hubspot is a huge help for me as well.

Gitlab Pipelines for CI-CD (this saved me almost an hour a day), JIRA, Figma, and Postman are for my coding productivity. Of course Notion as well for my brain dump.

I like many developers tools like snowflake salesforce To improve the performance of dashboards based on Snowflake queries, itโ€™s important to optimize their query times. Queries that run faster reduce the possibility of reaching query concurrency limits. Applying sound dashboard design principles is also helpful in ensuring that Snowflake-related dashboards run smoothly.
