"1st things 1st" will help you with long-term decisions when your intuition doesn't have the answer. It's valuable when you have various options and many angles to look at them. With "1st things 1st", you rate things by multiple criteria that are important and make sense to you. Then you let the computer calculate your priorities. The tool groups the results into categories: to choose for sure, to consider, and to skip or outsource, all based on your personal values.
