Most of the ones I tried felt bloated with thousands of features I didn’t need, and it often felt overwhelming to strip them down to the essentials. So, I decided to build 2mrw, a modular boilerplate that gives you just the core setup you need while making it super easy to add or remove features as you go. What makes 2mrw unique is its focus on flexibility—it’s like having a blank canvas with just the right tools at hand. Whether you're building an MVP, a startup, or a personal side project, you can customize it to fit your needs without wading through unnecessary complexity. This project started as a way for me to experiment with the latest technologies that I didn’t get to explore in my 9-5 job as a developer. Honestly, building this has been a bit of a journey — it began as a weekend experiment and quickly grew into a tool I now use and refine regularly.
