I work with sales people everyday and I'm truly amazed by the impact of collaborative learning. Teams request trainings faster (when facing new competitors for instance), experts share knowledge, managers coach reps via video, etc. with a direct impact on our topline

Full disclaimer, I work for 360Learning, but to be perfectly honest I'm proud of the product we're building! It's heavily used internally by all teams, whether it's for small announcements or fully-fledged internal learning programs. Not because it's our product, but because it is objectively an amazing platform: content creation is blazing fast and the learners organically follow courses because the learning experience is focused on humans, rather than imposed on them.

I often get asked what collaborative learning is - it sounds pretty self explanatory, but in many cases I ask the enquirer to think of their favorite sports team - even though each player may specialize in a certain position or role, they ultimately benefit when they train together right? This is collaborative learning. You have a coach that utilizes playbooks and learning tools/techniques to continually challenge, motivate and elevate the skill levels of the individuals on the team and the team as a whole. This is the 360Learning Suite.

Long live Collaborative Learning! 🙌never found a more efficient way to onboard, upskill and share knowledge between sales and marketing I've even heard Didier Deschamps used it to train 23 talented players and win the world cup..

Disclaimer: I'm a product manager at 360learning. We're eating our own dog food, and I'm prouder every day to see how all onboardees hop on the Collaborative Learning train when they join. Feedback is shared, content is improved, people give their expertise and very soon start training their own teams.

Cool product! How does it compare to Podia?

As a sales rep., I use the mobile app on a daily basis to train myself on new GTMs or competitors. Such a powerful tool to learn from others. Love the vision of Collaborative Learning!!

From an L&D standpoint, this product is easy to use, highly engaging, uses human interactions at its core, and most importantly, easy ti deploy.
