What’s up, PH community!
I’m Joe Guo, founder and CEO of ACE Studio. I’m so excited to share our product, ACE Studio, with you all!
We’re building a fully featured AI music workstation for music producers. Our goal is to make it so anyone, with ACE Studio, can become a music producer.
Music AI is incredible these days—right? Suno, Udio, and others are creating amazing AI-generated music. They’re super cool, but we’re doing something different.
Instead of making an AI that creates music for you, we’re building an AI that creates music with you—helping you craft your own songs.
Instead of a simple “prompt-and-get-a-song” model-as-a-product, we’re creating a fully featured AI music workstation that:
Has a powerful, intuitive interface that gives you more control,
Integrates seamlessly into your creative workflow,
Supports different music AI models as plugins,
And will eventually include a marketplace for music AI models.
Today, many producers—including Grammy-winning artists—are using ACE Studio to create music for publishing, demos, films, games, ads, and more.
I’ve loved music since I was 15. I wanted to write my own songs—humming ideas while strumming a few guitar chords—but it never went anywhere. Music production tools were too complicated, and just setting them up was a nightmare.
When music AI came along, I thought, “Finally, I can bring my ideas to life.” But the AI would say, “Here’s your song—done!” And I’d think, “This is amazing, but…it’s not my song.”
That’s why I built ACE Studio. For sure, there’s a future where anyone can prompt an AI and get a song.
But I also believe there will always be creators who want to express their own ideas—just with a little help from AI.
And we are committed to conducting ethical AI business. All of our training data is fully authorized, and we have a revenue-sharing model with the artists behind each AI model. Our mission is to create a space where artists and AI coexist harmoniously.
This technology is so cool! When will I be able to generate a drumkit loop off of just doing an a-capella riff into my mic? I want to build up and layer my tracks like that.
@the_esc Good question! That's actually in our roadmap! Singing the idea into the mic and get the AI generate a drumkit loop, a bass track or a sound effect, is something that will be a completely game-changer!
this is a magical product, helps people like me getting interested in becoming pro producers! LIKE ACE studio a lot and please adding more genres and languages!!
CANNOT WAIT TO have fun in all types of music
@yannan_wang Thank you! New languages and genres are absolutely our top priorities! Over the next 12 months, we will continue to roll out new languages and genres. Stay tuned for our progress :)
Hey Joe! It's super cool. I'm sure music producers will love this cause it simplifies their process and they can now focus on what really matters. Wish you all the best! Congrats
A strong competitor to Suno and Udio, with better control over the editing process. Don't miss this one! More players in the market means a healthier ecosystem for everyone.
Congrats on the launch, Joe! As a music fan and self-taught AI music artist, I feel ACE Studio is a great match for me.
I'm curious—how will you handle AI-generated copyrights? Will users own the rights?
@luobaishun Yo Luo! Good question! The users completely own the copyrights! We want to build something that can enhance the creators, not replacing them. So we see ourselves more of a tool that empowering the creative work than an AI that can create music.
Wow! As someone who can't sing (at all), this seems really cool! I thought it would sound like AI but it really doesn't.
I like the rent-to-own model too. Very fair.
Any music producer should at least give this a try!
Congrats on launching ACE Studio, Joe! 🎉 The idea of an AI that collaborates with creators instead of taking over the creative process is truly inspiring. Building a music workstation that empowers artists to bring their own ideas to life while offering AI support is exactly what the industry needs.
The seamless integration of different music AI models and plans for a marketplace sound like game-changers for music production workflows. Love the commitment to ethical AI and revenue-sharing with artists—excited to see how ACE Studio shapes the future of music creation. Amazing work! 🚀🎶👏
ACE Studio is amazing for creating high-quality AI vocals with so many styles to choose from, and the free options make it even better for trying out professional-level music production!
@joe_guo1 Wow, Joe! ACE Studio sounds like a game-changing approach to music production. Your vision of creating an AI tool that collaborates with musicians rather than replacing them is truly innovative. By focusing on empowering creators and providing an intuitive, flexible workspace, you're addressing a critical gap in music AI.
How do you envision ACE Studio's plugin architecture supporting different music AI models, and what types of AI models are you most excited about integrating in the near future?
@maybemonad Thank you and good question! As for the architecture, there are a bunch of ways that can make the model very flexible to deploy, either at the client side or on the cloud. But the key question is, how to create a unified user interface that will support different types of models aiming at different tasks in music creation process. What we are thinking is a clip-wise design, with which the creators don't need to care too much about the specific notes within the clip, but can control it in a more high-level way. With that, the I/O can be designed in a very generic manner.
We are thinking to integrate SVC(singing voice conversion) models in the near future, that will make us the only workstation that can do both SVS (singing voice synthesis) and SVC, and will completely change how people produce singing voice in music creation process.
Great job on creating ACE Studio! I'm curious to know which AI voice you think would be best for a pop ballad? Also, have you considered adding any Latin American or African inspired voices to your collection?
@samalyx Thanks! For pop ballad I personally think Felix would be a great fit. But I also feel that with our voicemixing and voicecloning feature, you can easily craft an unique voice for your need, from scratch.
@ashitvora Thanks! In fact, we already support this feature. You can upload spoken voice recordings (instead of singing) in our custom voice feature, then train to create your personalized voice model. This voice will sound very much like you while possessing excellent singing abilities.
Congrats on launching ACE Studio! The ability to create vocals from MIDI and lyrics is really intriguing. I’m curious about how the AI adapts to different genres and conveys emotion through vocals. It seems like a powerful tool for professionals looking to streamline their creative process. Excited to see how it develops—who else is keen to give it a try?
@tonyabracadabra Thanks! and good question regarding the emotion of vocals. Our transformer based model will generate the vocal with a basic emotion init. It's the emotion comes from AI based on the understanding of the melody and lyrics. But we also have a fully controllable fine-tuning feature that you can add and tweak on nuances with that.
Congrats, Joe Guo, on launching ACE Studio! This is an exciting step for music producers everywhere. The idea of an AI that collaborates instead of just creating is a game-changer! I love that you're prioritizing ethical AI practices and supporting artists. Can't wait to see how ACE Studio evolves and empowers more creators to bring their unique sounds to life. Upvoting this for sure! 🎶
Hi Joe! ACE Studio sounds like a game-changer for music creators who want more control over their projects. I love the idea of AI being a collaborative tool rather than just a creator. How did you decide on the range of vocal styles to include?
@web3_antivirus Thanks! We prioritize meeting the majority of vocal production needs for music creators. Therefore, in the early stages, we mainly focus on introducing vocal styles in mainstream genres such as pop and hip-hop. At the same time, we highly value the suggestions of music creators and are gradually introducing a richer and more diverse range of vocal styles, such as cinematic.
