@chrismessina Thanks for the question Chris! Airtable is not great when it comes to building reports.
Ex, if you built a custom CRM in Airtable (let's say with two tables "leads" and "deals"), you won't be able to have a funnel report with your # of leads per week, # of deals moved to each stage, etc
Building this report is possible with Actiondesk though. You can see Actiondesk as the BI tool, and Airtable as the database if that makes sense.
Been using Actiondesk for close to a year at Level Frames. It was super easy to set up and connect to our database. We now have multiple important dashboards that are always up to date. Genius and huge time saver, I highly recommend especially if you are familiar with spreadsheets and want to dig into your own data without bugging the engineering team. Asking them to make the changes would be too slow as they already have too much work (we were a +1,000 employees company)

@francoolaami Hi, Amplitude will typically only work with usage data (events triggered by your app). Actiondesk connects to databases, data warehouses, CRMs and so on.
Furthermore, Amplitude doesn't work like a spreadsheet. You need to learn how to use Amplitude whereas Actiondesk works very similarly to Google Sheets or Excel.

This looks amazing, always struggled with BI tools, not everybody can use SQL(even if they should learn it), import export csv is my nightmare and relying on the eng teams to make changes is a pain.
Sometimes all you need is good ol' spreadsheet.
