Damn. I often see employee tracking tools like this, but most times they seem a bit cringy and make me think they surely overlook privacy. This one seems to strike a great balance and track in a motivating way. Kudos 🤘

As a software engineer 🧑💻 in both startups and unicorns 🦄 it has been a struggle to find a way for all of us to work optimally, with best practices, collaborating effectively, all while keeping a good work-life balance ⚖️, and being able to identify and fix issues in our way of work both as developers as well as managers.

@konstantinapsoma Great comment Konstantina! We find that at about 20 developers and above is a good company size for our team plans. That said, any developer can use the Free and Personal Pro plans irrespective of company size.
