Hi - this might be another Tufans CASH GRAB!!!
I was a user of ADYOUNEED and Tufan and his team has deserted that product and all who have paid for it.
He has stopped ver 1.0 from working around March, and promised ver. 2.0 from 1.06.
It is still not live and in June we all got emails that we can join a testing team. :D True story!!!!!!
Do not get fooled as we have been... :(
Isn't there an ADMIN that could check, because that this looks like another bad situation?
I can share receipts and emails - no problem!
Please all be careful as you may end up with nothing soon!!!

There is absolutely no cash grab and we have communicated about this hundreds of times everywhere,

ADYOUNEED v1 got too big but it was built on an MVP that was not scalable, it started giving too much problems and it came to a point where we were only doing bug fixes instead of improving the platform which is why we took v1 down and we are building a whole new application.
ADYOUNEED v1 was generating more than $100,000 a month in revenue, taking it down hurt more us than anyone, so I assure you if there was another way, we would do it.
Anyway, ADYOUNEED v2 will be here, all our users will have full access to it and I am hoping that you will change your review on AdCreative.ai which has nothing to do with ADYOUNEED which was developed by another internal team.
Regardless, you have believed in us and no hurt feelings, we will win you back with an amazing application.

You have stopped the app that we have paid for and we were not able to use it.
You have promised 2.0 will be live since 1.06 and it is not.
You have now gone to develop a different app and promote and spend time on it.
You are untrustworthy and this should be visible for all.
It is also visible for the AppSumo Team as they have UNRATED ADYOUNEED.
I will not change the review as you should have delivered on your promises and you have told PAYING USERS that they can join the Test Team:

This is sent on a day it was supposed to be live, and even though I have sign into it - I have received no message.

From my perspective it looks like you are playing for time, to get money from other projects.

You told us we will get the ver 2.0 on 01.06.2022 (after closing 1.0 for at least 3 months) and what we got?
We got to have a possibility to ASK YOU TO TEST THE 2.0 - perfection.
I have applied and not heard back - that's why this is fishy.
And that is why I will not stay silent as a reliable and trustworthy entrepreneur would never treat his customer like this.
You have jumped ship and now you are sailing a new one, without fixing the previous one.
And ONLY PROMISES!
You have not addressed my concerns at all, and only try to attack me, with UNDERSTANDING Your Story...
What about the story of people who paid and you have cut them off to jump to this app?
There is a serious possibility that you will do the same to those who will trust you with their money again.

Creating engaging ads can be challenging and AdCreative.ai v2 seems like the perfect solution for this. Congrats on the launch!
@alcaan Thank you so much AI. Yes, you should give our tool a try and I promise you would never go back to manually creating ads!
A couple of warnings for everyone:
1. This company has a history of starting brands and then disappearing on the upkeep after their initial lifetime deal campaigns.
For example AdYouNeed had some VERY basic issues that were not fixed for over a year -- despite them claiming that they were fixing so many bugs they had to shut it down for version 2.
In summary, the tool was not usable at all on launch. It looked great though -- design is fantastic with these guys which is what confuses me. Their coding chops and design chops are solid, so I'm not sure why they operate the way they do.
2. A lot of these responses on this producthunt launch are astroturf. You'll see very similar responses -- some of them are their own employees/cronies that were registered today, and the ages of some of the more "established" accounts are only a couple months.
3. I highly doubt this company is based in Paris. Their company is a shell (lookup their address to find the address to company registration service).
I want to believe in these guys, since they are talented but I do it with concern that this might be another rug pull that startups just can't afford at this time.

5-6 people are extremely angry and leaving comments everywhere without thinking why we would have temporarily turned-off an application that was generating amazing amount of monthly recurring revenue.
Let me quote one of the emails I have sent a month ago,
"Why did we stop the app on March?
-That was the only way to bring ADYOUNEED v2, it was impossible to catch up with the bugs of the v1, and at the end we were only working on bug-fixes without developing any new features. Not only it was bad for you, and demotivating for us, it was against everything we believed in as we live for innovation as a team."
Regardless, I hope you appreciate the fact that although many founders would just avoid communication at any costs we do our best in our busy schedule to bring you the v2 as soon as possible.

Apart of those 2 messages (from June 2022) - previous ones from June or July of 2021 (NOTHING IN BETWEEN!!!), and have less than 10 interactions per post.
That looks very fishy...

this startup is wery well designed and is backed by some very expirienced ppc players , if i remember correctly it was also part of some Google startup funding in France year or two ago. I desperatly wait on Google dispay ads and foremost on integration with Adyouneed ( this one is behind the promise schedule ... ) . But all existing features are solid and also AI for ad title and body works really well ( for AI !)

And we are doing all we can to keep up with our sprint planning for Adyouneed, but we are behind on that. It is a pretty massive project, but we will get in back in a couple of months top! Buyer beware of this software. I found them on appsummo and thought it was an interesting idea. It asked me to integrate my MCC AdWords account so that i can publish ad creatives for display accounts. After entering my login, it notified that the functionality for display ads was not yet available, and i was only able to post to social. I figured what a POS system and moved on. The next day a person from adcreative added himself to every single one of my clients as a manager with notifications going out to every customer i had on adwords. This not only caused a nightmare PR for our agency, but resulted in days of work to remove these guys, and i ended up loosing 3 clients who paid me over 30k per year for management due to security concerns. This software is a total scam, there is no accountability they use your info to spy on your clients. Stay far away from these scammers.

Heck, we can't even access each other's accounts in the company!
We take privacy very seriously in our company, and we also pay whitehat hackers to make us aware of any security loopholes.
So, kindly refrain from such baseless accusations.
If you're one of our competitors, let me remind you that we love healthy competition. It works to improve the market. But please don't create a new account to spread rumors.
