Ahsuite (pronounced "aw-sweet") is for agencies and freelancers who want to share reports, dashboards, presentations, and anything else behind a password in a clean, minimalistic client portal that your clients will love.
Congrats on your PH launch!
The founder is a great guy, If you need a way to manage your customers in a clean and simple way, this really deserves to take on consideration 🔥
Hey Product Hunters, meet Ahsuite (pronounced aw-sweet), the cleanest and simplest client portal around!
We are on a mission to restore order to the cosmos by ending the scourge of fragmented client communication.
- No more sending links via email.
- No more begging your clients to use Slack.
- No more juggling accounts and logins.
Ahsuite gives you one convenient place for sharing tasks, files, passwords, and anything you want to embed. Data Studio reports, Figma boards, Google Slides, videos, and more all look better framed in a nice client portal.
With Ahsuite you can slay the time-sucking demon Chaos and win glory with your clients, who will sing your name through the ages for bringing a professional, orderly experience to the land.
Or something like that.
The Ahsuite platform has robust task management, file management with versioning and client approvals, an encrypted password manager, work journals, and secure messaging with reply by email.
(That "reply by email" is key - it means your most stubborn, intransigent, email-loving, Slack-resisting clients can continue in their ways, while you keep all your client communication organized.)
Ahsuite is for anyone who does client work online. If you are a digital marketer who uses Google Data Studio or Tableau to build client dashboards, Ahsuite was literally made for you.
Nobody knows who first used the phrase "cleanliness is next to godliness." But we do know who first said: "An organized client portal is right up there with cleanliness, just after godliness." That person was me.
Ahsuite is also improving rapidly. You can reach me any time through the chat widget on the site to share your feedback or tell me about your weird dream.
With Ahsuite, now you can bring even your most dour and surly clients unbridled, childlike joy with their very own client portal.
Don't you like childlike joy?
Congrats on the launch! How flexible is the system? I am currently using Clickup where I have many different views for different clients. Is that possible with ahsuite, too?
@markus_sigel Hi Markus! I believe ClickUp mostly lets you give clients visibility into your ClickUp projects, but Ahsuite lets you embed third party things like Data Studio dashboards or anything else. The client side experience is pretty different, I believe. You can fully customize the portal menu, white label it, control what the client can see, things like that. If you want to check out a sample of what the client would see, check this: https://ahsuite.com/account/port...
Congratulations Kevin on your PH launch!
After testing so many tools, i was finally locked with ahSuite because of founder support and the simplicity of the tool.
@pocomedia We will grow the dev team next year and a mobile app is very likely! Meanwhile I use Ahsuite like 90% on my phone, so making it a great mobile experience is a top priority.
@kevin_frei1 Yes most of my users are from mobile...and we don't have any issues using in mobile. I think with app we have some extra features like notifications etc...
