A clearly huge opportunity still in support. We launched our first support chatbots (intent matching) in 2014, and it was challenging to get higher than 40% containment, today, we're seeing a new standard of 70-80%!. Nice, congratulations on the launch! Do you have any feedback from customers? I hope this is better than many terrible AI-support customer service from amazon or many online shopping websites. It's interesting that in the past, customer service was so bad that I looked forward to machine answer, and now machine answers are not any better, so all I want is to talk to a human. But even getting to talk to a real human takes time and their default answer is let us check, blah blah blah. Customer service is definitely an area that needs improvement. Look forward for this product to do its magic!
