👋 Hi hunters!
Ibrahim from Uviba introducing the first Dispute Resolution Center - Chargeback Protection for E-commerce. We built this product due to huge issues about merchant accounts, Payment Processors (Stripe, Paypal).
Banks system has been built to make customers keep using credit cards, and doesn't care about merchant's experience, it is broken.
🤔 Problem
- 💀 Stripe/Paypal/Merchant Accounts freeze your funds and shut down your account due to high risk of dispute
We ourselves experienced this problem last year with Stripe, they froze our 847k USD for 100 years (For Real):
If they didn't freeze our funds, we were growing 3.5-4X a month and could become a billion-dollar company on February 2020, don't let this happen to you
Many people experience similar issues: Stripe Reviews
- ❌ You loose disputes + extra $15-20 even you delivered the product
Example:
1) Your product costs $5, customer open dispute, you loose $15+$5
2) Your product costs $1000, customer open dispute, you lose $1015 + amount of time and effort you put into making the product.
- 😱 Customers open disputes because they are afraid that the product will never be delivered, or don't trust you. .
🛠 Solution
Your own Dispute Resolution Center - Chargeback Protection
Amazon, Paypal, eBay have the ability to decide who wins or loses chargebacks because they have a Dispute Resolution Center and Banks doesn't see those disputes
- ⚡ Power of Deciding who wins the dispute.
- 👌 $0 fee for opened disputes.
- 🙈 Hide your disputes from banks so Processor cannot shut you down
- 🚚 Create trust by simulating tracking without having a tracking code.
- 🔗 Combine any Payment Processor and have all features of Stripe + Control over chargebacks, ❌ no longer need to be depended on Stripe for their technology
- How it works
1) Connect your Processor (ex: Stripe, Paypal or any other)
✔️ We have all the main features of Stripe but for all other processors.
Uviba API Documentation
2) Customer open dispute via your Resolution Center where they can access through email they receive after making payments
3) You either decide to convince customers, accept dispute & refund, or refuse dispute.
- A special deal – sign up before July 15 and get the $5 signup fee waived in perpetuity
@astatinium in tracking page it says expected delivery date and indicate clearly this is estimation and they can request tracking code to have more accurate tracking. So not a fraud, everything is clear to customer and you as a merchant says what dates are expected delivery dates
That sounds like a real deal! Uviba in general was a great offer to ecommerce platforms and with that new product I'm sure ecommerce platforms will love it even more! :)
