I'm curious about the security protocols you've implemented, especially for sensitive data processing. Could you share more details?
@ranaroussi We have set up a system where the uploaded documents are saved in our database to make it easier for the users to return back to an older conversation, but also be able to share those conversations with their friends or their team. The users have the option to delete those documents if they don't want them stored in the database from our UI. We are also developing a system that will allow the user to opt-out from this system and not store the documents at all upon request, and you will be able to choose that option when uploading the documents.
Now for the part that has to do with the LLM and the data that are sent to it, based on OpenAI's security protocols, the data sent through the API are not used to train OpenAI models or improve OpenAI’s service offering: https://openai.com/security
They also offer the option for us to request from them to erase all the data sent to them via the API, a process that we have planned to do in a weekly basis in order to ensure that no user data stay stored in their databases.
The next step for us in the future, and when the scope of the project allows us to do so, is to also offer the option to the Flagship membership users, to use our own Open Source models, hosted by our company, in order to eliminate any concerns about data privacy, as using those models ensures that user data don't get sent to any third parties at all, and those data won't be seen by anyone else other than the user!
@pavel_sher works pretty well on mobile too. A dedicated app is in the pipeline as well :)
