Amazing!

There’s not much else more personal than a phone call these days when it comes to business to customer communication. We’re delighted to have Aircall as a launch partner for Intercom’s new Business Messenger. Such a quality and immensely valuable integration. 🙌🏻

This is one of the slickest new apps for the Intercom Messenger. It feels native to the messenger with just a enough branding to fee like an Aircall product as well.

Pros:

Super slick interface for starting calls through Intercom Messenger!

Cons:

One use case – you can only invite a user to call you on the spot. Nothing more. This could be viewed as a Pro though. ;)

With Aircall Now, any visitor on our website can start a call within Messenger right away - no need to open a tab or download anything

Pros:

Easy way to add voice capabilities to Intercom Messenger.

Congrats on launching it guys 🎉 It's a very intuitive add on to Intercom chat 👍 Quick question: can you track some insights of the call inside Intercom's interface (duration,recordings for example) or do you need to check those on Aircall's interface? 🤔

This app works seamlessly with Intercom Messenger. Transferring a chat conversation to a call can really be helpful for difficult questions or urgent matters.

Love it but requires you upgrade to Enterprise version of Aircall... that is a downside
