@itai_neter SalesForce how do you see the integration with SalesForce? Like sending leads to the CRM or something more advanced?
@itai_neter got it! Right now it can be done using the Zapier integration.
Regarding the RTL support, I think not planning, at least for now.

Is there any features comparing with competitors(e.g. drift)?
@alex_tiunov I'm not quite following drift and other companies in the chatbot space but I'd say it's easier to create bots with airchat.us than any other platform and it takes less time to create something that really works.
@agamanyuk don't you think your post's tagline, "A better alternative to Drift chatbots... ", and your reply "I'm not quite following drift..." are a bit contradictory? As the maker of the product, you should be able to give a detailed explanation of what makes you different from your competitors, let alone "better", as you stated in your tagline, boldly with a competitor's name.
@regan Good point. I think all companies in the field are still exploring the opportunity with web bots and don't really have big traction yet. Especially if we compare the marketing efforts and the amount of press coverage.
The same is for Airchat.
Drift is probably the closest competitor and I think the main difference is that Airchat is a chatbot-first product. There is no or very little human involvement needed to start using the bots, it's 100% automated. I know drift heavily rely on humans who followup with conversations initialized by bots.
Also, Airchat offers a great drag & drop editor. It makes the process of creating bots straightforward and simple.

@alexander_kovalenko4 There is an opportunity to call external REST API and map the response results to user custom fields. For instance, you can use an API to generate a coupon code and then show the code to a chatbot user.

@igor_gnedysh More billing bots with the Stripe integration, flow editor conditions, a few more URL triggers, native integrations with CRMs and probably Zapier.
@daniil_kopilevych it is. Testing it for a while at botmakers.net. A few hours got an email from the aichat.us bot that said one more customer with an unpaid subscription connected a backup card.

Interactions
- Show connected payment methods
- Connect a card. Also, there is an opportunity to charge the card automatically if any invoices are past due or unpaid.
Triggers
Stripe triggers let you call Stripe API and then show the bots to a particular set of users.
- Filter by a number of customer cards. For instance, you can target only people who have 0 or 1 payment methods connected.
- Filter by a subscription status. A typical use-case is to show a bot to user who have 1+ unpaid subscriptions.
- Filter by Stripe charges. You can easily target users with failed charges and ask them to add a new card.
Yes, you can combine any number of triggers and build custom tailored for your business bots using the Stripe interactions.
