Practical, proven advice from someone who built a remote-first company long before most people even heard of the term.

Great book. For many people remote work sounds like a dream. But after working a huge part of the last 3 years remotely I know it's harder than it sounds. Especially important are parts about life/work separation and communication.

Starting to read it, but the first impressions are awesome!
