Akiflow is the Time Blocking platform that lets you consolidate all the tools you use, so you can block time for your tasks and see everything you need to get done in your calendar.
I've been using Akiflow for many months now. It's the only solution I've found that combines a solid todo list, with calendaring, so I can block out time and not take on too much and over commit, and also integrates with the tools the team uses for project management. It's fantastic and has totally changed how I approach my time management. It also keeps getting better and better — great work, team!
Akiflow is one of many recent entries into the time blocking/calendar/task management productivity tools. This is magic for me as I have hoped for more than a decade to have a wealth of options for time blocking. All of these new apps show that this methodology is finally being taken seriously and I look forward to seeing tools develop around it.
As far as Akiflow, I feel like the system is one of the leaders in the space. The development pace is great and the iterations are solid. The feature set is growing at a nice pace. I've recommended it to many friends and colleagues.
I do find it to cost a little more than I'm willing to invest for this type of tool, especially given that I have access to similar tools at lower cost. But there is definitely value in Akiflow and many people who are not as frugal as I am will be fine paying the current price.
The recent 2-way integration with Notion does have me reconsidering a subscription, but I'll need to take another test drive to see how that works in real-time.
Of the 10 similar products I am currently testing, I would put Akiflow in the top half. If price is not an issue I think it's top 3.
Definitely recommended.
Use it every day since discover the first version on Product Hunt more than a year ago. It's getting better every few weeks and already one of the best tools on the market. And I tried them all:) gogo!
I moved to Akiflow from Sunsama. My goal was to consolidate my productivity tools. Does Akiflow solve my problems? Around 90% of them. It helped me replace Todoist, Calendly, and Fantastical. Akiflow's community engagement is excellent (good emails from @nunziomartinello and superb support from the CS team); there are frequent updates with interesting new features.
I am looking forward to the final release of their iOS app (currently in Beta). One thing that I am missing is a way to make (meeting) notes and scratchpad-type documents. The description field is very limited, but if a note taking functionality was introduced I could get rid of Evernote. Akiflow FTW!

I've been a happy paid user of Akiflow since February - it's my source of truth for everything task and meeting related, and is the first app I load up in the morning and the last I check at night.
The team just keep on shipping new features—the rate of launches is incredible. Very much looking forward to seeing how it continues to develop! 👏
Akiflow is the most impactful product in my productivity stack.
I've used a ton of todo/calendar tools and Akiflow is by far the best, with stunningly thoughtful UX and delightful features.
Thank you Akiflow team ♥️
Actual user. Solved a big problem for me: task scheduling and integration from different inboxes and apps such as ClickUp. Also: rituals. App is fast and has a lot of shortcuts.
