Alfred's Workflow Editor has been rewritten from the ground up to be faster, more efficient, user-friendly and accessible. Discover new keyboard shortcuts, mouse interactions, a search palette, VoiceOver improvements and much more.
An amazing upgrade to my favourite multi-functional launcher. It just keeps getting better and better. Had to upgrade my Powerpack license as a thank you to the team. Congrats on the launch of v5.
First app I install on any new laptop. I'm a legendary supporter, been using since 2011.
I love Alfred because it saves me 15-30 seconds at a time dozens of times during my week:
- Find X
- Open Y
- Remove formatting from clipboard
- Plenty of personal / work workflows to open specific staff pages, etc
Alfred 5 is our biggest and most polished release yet! Thanks to our incredible community for taking part in the Early Access, providing invaluable feedback and creating fantastic workflows using the new Automated Tasks as building blocks for even better codeless workflows.
We have some awesome plans for the life of Alfred 5; As we've always done, we keep developing and adding to Alfred's features far beyond the first major release, so there's some really fun stuff ahead!
Again, thanks to our Legendary Supporters, workflow creators and community members for their support over the years. You rock! :)
This is a very nice productivity tool for quickly searching for things without opening your browser. I just installed it and while I am yet to discover its true potential, it has impressed me already. Great job @chrismessina 💪
I love Alfred, been using it for ~5 years, but have never used Workflows. I feel like I’m missing something huge and one day I ought to look into it. For now, I’m super happy with all the other features of Alfred 4 ❤️
Barely 20% despite all the publicity and networking by the team. I wonder if there are any new subscribers to v5 or only those who bought their lifetime pack when it was somewhat more affordable.
Congratulations on the release of v5! Alfred is such an awesome tool that blends in to my daily use of macOS and feels so naturally that every time I sit in front of my Windows or Linux machine, I feel like I've jumped into a time machine that took me 10 years back. Gonna re-new my lifetime license to support you guys!
