Trade any stock programmatically based on any IFTTT trigger. Buy Domino's stock every time you order a pizza, flash your IoT bulbs around your house any time a stock you own increases by 10%; the sky is the limit 🙂

We launched Alpaca Trading API on ProductHunt a year ago and were humbled by all the interest and activity. https://www.producthunt.com/post... Building the go-to developer API for investing has been our focus to achieve our vision of making investing immersive into our daily lives, so we're very excited to announce this Alpaca x IFTTT. We would love to receive feedback from the ProductHunt community on this IFTTT integration and how we can improve it. Some use cases initial testers have already come up with include connecting with Google Spreadsheet and Alexa to manage investing, and eventually enabling applets such as "opening your blinds when the market opens" and "creating a Slack poll buy-bot that buys the winning stock (from said poll) when it finishes running". We'd love to see what other applets the community can come up with. http://bit.ly/alpacaxifttt
