This app is for users who use Intercom for live chat and Zendesk for managing their help documents/articles. Instead of switching back and forth from Zendesk to Intercom, the app helps provide faster customer service.

Hello there, first of all, congratulations on the incredible effective tool you have created and shared with us, appreciate it. Only one question, is there any plan to preview the article (from agent perspective) before sharing with customer?

@steve_gulloni Thank you❤ ! I sometimes feel that I need to take a look of the whole content(or at least a large portion) before sharing with customer too, especially when there're so many articles. Yes, we're going to see what we can do to better the experience.

Hi, @he9qi thanks for the tool! We've been using it in our company and we'd like to pay for the Growth plan. However, we have some questions about the security aspects of the app: - What kind of data are you collecting from our Intercom and Zendesk? I could not find the permissions for the tool anywhere. I understand that you're just reading our public Zendesk Help Centre, which would not involve any kind of sensitive data. Is that correct? How about on the Intercom side? Hi, @joao_cadide, thank you :) I am glad that you liked the product. As for Zendesk, you are right. If the Zendesk Help Centre is public, then there's no need to authorize anything, no sensitive data involved. For Intercom, we are collecting, user, company, and admin data. You can see all the data we have access to when you authorize our use of your Intercom data here: https://intercom-help-center.get... Although we don't collect conversation data, since this product inserts text into conversation, we also require conversation API. But we are NOT reading any conversation data. Hope this answers your question. :) Qi
