It's so nice that they're finally narrowing on the fitness wearable market fit and stopped trying to reach every single user with their one size fits all device.
@shiyuanis agree, the shift away from fashion & more towards health/fitness; for me it's always been the best reason (health/fitness tracking) to own/wear the Watch.
@joro1 Do you currently have a wearable that you like? I've got the Fitbit Charge HR, and I like the app and features, and the data it outputs seems fairly accurate. My concern about the Apple Watch (both releases) that the software would be too unfocused and I really don't need an iPhone on my wrist. I want added value. Not duplicated value.
@shiyuanis I do like the Apple Watch, but that's also because I can write my own apps for the device-- obviously not something most consumers want to do.
So, you STILL can't stream music (Spotify) from the Apple Watch to your Bluetooth headphones. Got it. I really wanted to be able to leave my iPhone at home when running. Argh.
The ceramic finish is listed as an edition model, starting at $1,249. This is considerably cheaper than the original edition, priced at around $10,000.
Meh on new hardware (though I'm glad they seem to be giving up on high-end watch market...That was absurd), but the new OS had got me excited to actually notice/engage with my watch again!
