Because many of us use multiple displays or huge, wide displays. It makes our mouse cursors travel longs distances. That can be tiring and not great for your wrist. Especially, when you often switch back and forth between apps on two monitors. Cursor Teleporter moves your cursor to the last place on the other monitor or to selected points (that's important when you need precision.)
